what a month
June is almost over. Tomorrow is the hubby's bday. We both have to work. So nothing is really planned. We got a new puppy a couple weeks ago. Another doxie. A dapple.
Flooding we had here has started to go away, along the river was pretty horrible, espcially up north a bit, glad I am not in a flood zone. I have pictures but haven't gotten them up yet, seems the summer just gets eveyone so busy, I never have time for anything. But I am going on vacation this weekend coming up....not going anywhere special just taking time off of work and getting paid for it. WONDERFUL!

Sunday and a day off...wonderful. I got up and went to the grocery store and ended up going to church with my mom and dad and my youngest, then we went to lunch and back to their house and talked awhile came home and left and got some mulch for the flowerbeds and a clamatis and columbine, a pot to transplant my miniature rose bush I got from the hubby for Valentine's day and then took came home to cook out on the grill, which ran out of g as mid way through cookin the chicken...had to make an emergency trip to Home Depot for some more gas. Dinner wasnt too bad in the end and now after a bath in my lilac bubbles I am settling down to watch some tv then off to bed to spend my 2nd day off doing I have no clue.....

Well I'm back, don't know how frequent but I'm back. Alot is new here. I still work fulltime, hubby works nights now and my middle daughter moved out in October of 07, was a big change but she seems very happy. My oldest daughter and her husband are in Alaska ( not sure if I wrote that before or not) they have 2 more years there then who knows where the AF will send them next. My youngest is a HANDFUL nothing else to say but that. Starting to warm up, I'm off the nest 2 days so we'll see if I accomplish anything from that time off, I'm guessing...NO. anyways, hope everyone has a good weekend

Surgery went good. He's already going nuts being at home and notbeing able to do anything, he's a man, he's also bullheaded so I'm waiting to see just how long it takes before he tries and does something he shouldn't.
